Unhinged is a comedy tool that generates intentionally absurd, satirical content for entertainment purposes. The generated content is meant to be funny, not to be actually used to message strangers. Think of it like a Cards Against Humanity generator - shocking for laughs, not for real use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unhinged ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Unhinged, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under 18.

3. Description of Service

Unhinged is a PARODY/COMEDY entertainment tool. It uses artificial intelligence to generate absurd, satirical dating app opening messages based on uploaded profile screenshots. The Service is intended EXCLUSIVELY for entertainment, comedic, and parody purposes.

Generated content is comedic satire. Sending unsolicited explicit messages to people who have not consented may constitute harassment and could be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your actions.

4. Acceptable Use

✅ ACCEPTABLE USES:

Laughing at the absurd generated content with friends
Sharing screenshots of generated content for comedy purposes
Using with consenting partners who appreciate the humor
Creating content for social media entertainment
Personal amusement and entertainment

🚫 PROHIBITED USES (ZERO TOLERANCE):

Harassment: Sending generated content to harass, abuse, intimidate, or harm any person
Unsolicited Messages: Sending explicit content to anyone who has not explicitly consented to receive such messages
Stalking: Using the service to repeatedly contact someone who has blocked you or asked you to stop
Minor Content: Uploading images containing minors or generating content about minors
Illegal Content: Uploading CSAM, revenge porn, stolen images, or any illegal material
Platform Violations: Using generated content in ways that violate dating platform terms of service
Impersonation: Pretending generated content was written by someone else
Spam/Abuse: Mass-messaging people with generated content

5. How to Use Responsibly

DO:

DON'T:

❌ Send explicit messages to strangers who haven't consented
❌ Use this to actually "pick up" people who don't know you
❌ Harass anyone, ever, for any reason
❌ Assume the "entertainment only" disclaimer protects you from harassment laws

6. User Responsibilities

You are fully and solely responsible for:

Ensuring you have the right to upload any images you submit
How you use any content generated by the Service
Obtaining consent before sharing conversations or reactions publicly
Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Any consequences of sending generated content to real people

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process the image for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not store uploaded images permanently.

Generated content is provided for your personal use. You may share generated content but must not claim it was written by a human or misrepresent its origin.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Generated content will be appropriate, effective, or lead to positive outcomes
The AI will accurately interpret uploaded images

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNHINGED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Damages arising from your use of generated content
Being banned from dating platforms
Negative responses from message recipients
Any claims of harassment brought against you
Loss of relationships or reputation

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unhinged and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
